There is good news and bad news,
Let's start with the bad news first...
There is absolutely no proof whatsoever that any pill on the market designed and intended for "penis enlargement" purposes actually works as advertised. That is the truth! This web page was created to help provide you with all of the correct information possible so that you can consider all of the facts for yourself.
Penis Enlargement and the FDA
The regulations for the herbal industry have changed in the past few years and are still constantly changing. What websites can and can't say is a never ending battle in order to comply with the "rules of marketing". We are here to set the record straight.
Let’s take a closer look at this “no proof” statement we just made about the male enhancement supplements available on the market. There have been no definitive medical studies or clinical trials or scientific testing done to show that any pill or supplement actually works for penis enlargement. Now does that mean that they don’t work at all then? Well no not necessarily, "clinically proven" to work and "known to work" are two different things.
We have to say that most penis enlargement pills are not scientifically proven to work because it is a fact. The male enhancement industry is not regulated like the big pharmaceutical industry by watch dogs like the FDA or Health Canada. Male enhancement manufacturers are not required to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on these kinds of medical tests because they don't have to as a result of not being regulated. So, since they do not have the pieces of paper that legitimize their supplements, we like-wise, can’t make the legal claim that they are proven to work. But that is not the same as us saying “they do not work”. It just means there is no legitimate scientific proof that they do work. Confused?
Now we have cleared that part up let’s put convention aside for a moment and apply a little common sense to the question, or in other words let’s look at it logically. The first bit of information to process in this approach is the fact that these companies have tons of repeat business. Why would anyone order male enhancement supplements twice if they did not work the first time? Especially in this economy! People don’t have the money these days to throw away on crap that doesn't work and to suggest tons of people have done just that over and over again would seem pretty stupid if you ask us.
So now is the time to ask yourself, what is more likely, that there are tons of really stupid people out their throwing their money away or the obvious answer is maybe it isn't throwing money away and maybe they come back because they do work for them. But still we can not make the claim they will work for you, and again likewise we can not say they won’t work either. We haven’t paid for the right to do that. We can just say there is no conclusive scientific evidence to support the fact that they work. But on the other hand we can also say there is no conclusive scientific evidence to support the fact they don’t work either. The testimonials that these companies have made are along the same lines of circumstantial evidence supporting the idea they might work. Why would anyone pay good money for something that doesn't work then say “it did”? Or rave about how it did? One would think that if they didn’t work they would be complaining about them with extreme prejudice, instead of making thankful happy remarks about them. This is not proof that they work, just more information for you to process to form your own opinion about them. Another thing to consider is the money back guarantees offered by these companies. Why are there so few requests for the money back? One would think that if these products didn’t work the companies would be over run with returned products and angry complaints.. Again all of these points together are not conclusive proof either way, but maybe they can provide you with just enough information to allow you to escape the snap judgment. While we say there is no proof these pills work we can also ask you to keep an open mind and decide that for yourself. For the only real conclusive proof for anyone in any area of life is their own personal experience.
The Placebo Effect
We would like to remind you of the Placebo effect which is the beneficial effect in a patient following a particular treatment that arises from the patient's expectations concerning the treatment rather than from the treatment itself. This part is about fact, not speculation, and it is about playing the odds. The numbers vary but from what we could find out most experts believe that any drug, medicine or remedy has as much as a 35 to 40 percent placebo affect if the study is done in a blind fashion. This means that with up to 35 to 40 percent of the population the mind will create the desired effect regardless of if the drugs are clinically proven to even work or not. In other words if the subject is given something and told that it will do something for them, there are a large percentage of subjects who will have the desired result. This effect is found in the same field of study as hypnosis or suggestive response. Many people are open to suggestion, and some so much so that they can put mind over matter. If they believe it works then it really does work for them. So if you are in one of those percentile that can do this then Shazam they work for you, no matter what. And if you ask us those odds are pretty good all by themselves. If someone was offered solution to their problem that came with a 35 to 40 percent chance of it helping we are sure that they would jump on it in a micro-second.
With that being said you can take a look at one brand that has conducted clinical trials on their male enhancement pill called VigrxPlus™. Read the actual clinical trial by visiting thier website and you can also learn more about VigRxPlus™ itself by visiting the site "www.vigrxplus.com"
Now for the good news...
Penis Extender Devices.
Mechanical penis devices were created for the purpose to keep the shaft of the penis stable after penis surgery. They were also modified to help in the correction of peyronies disease otherwise known as curvature of the penis. Soon after they began being used as a means of penis enlargement by the same medical community. They are basically a physical device that when used over an extended period of time can extend the penis shaft, end of story. How can something that actually and visible extends the penis not claim to extend the penis? There is no need for any disclaimers or speculation here. In short what we are saying is they obviously work and work for sure. There are no if’s and’s or but’s about these, the proof is in the scientific study.
You can read all about the real clinical trials and scientific proof on the matter here.. The company behind the Andromedical® device also provides the extender for the company who sells the ZyGain® Complete System. In closing...
We suggest that you apply critical thinking for and against all claims on both sides of the debate when dealing with any kind of male enhancement product. When something is said to work based on customer comments and testimonials by clients who have used the product while still being said to NOT work by the FDA and governing bodies, we suggest that you apply your own common sense to the matter at hand. This is the only proof we really care about. |
